The breakfast spread was pretty epic, with all sorts of goodies from eggs to pastries that'll make your taste buds dance. I loved the spacious and clean Queen Room with its nice amenities. The nearby Perlan and geothermal pool were a real treat to explore.
The restaurant prices are pretty steep, and I wasn't too keen on the staff hovering around to clear plates—felt a bit rushed.

The breakfast offered a fantastic diverse buffet.
The bathroom layout felt cramped and the shower was unexpectedly small.

The breakfast was fantastic and provided a great start to our day. The staff were attentive, helping us with our large family setup, which included two babies. We appreciated the spacious suite that accommodated us comfortably, making our stay enjoyable.
In my wife's opinion, there should be more family-friendly dining options. We found the limited menu challenging, especially with two little ones to care for.

The Twin Room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds and good linens. The fridge and tea/coffee making facilities were a nice touch. But the bathroom felt a bit cramped, and the shower could definitely be bigger. Another downside was the AC. it wasn't working properly during my stay. Overall, though, it was a decent room experience.

missingWrote a review on Apr 09comfortable roomfriendly staffhigh pricingfar locationlimited amenities
A comfortable stay with friendly staff that offered exceptional service, especially when a team member went out of her way to prepare a coffee for me during a rushed morning. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. However, the hotel's pricing felt steep compared to the offered amenities, and the location was a bit far from the city center, requiring about a 30-minute trip.

great stay overall but transportation costs add up
The continental breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, making each morning enjoyable. The staff provided exceptional assistance, especially when I needed to book tours on the go due to changing weather conditions.
However, getting into the city for dinner was quite expensive.
